Restoration Technician

Position Summary:

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll play a vital role in property recovery and mitigation efforts. You will assist in restoring properties to pre-loss conditions after water, fire, smoke, mold, or other damage. This hands-on position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. While prior experience is helpful, we are willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform water damage mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and general property restoration.

✔ Safely operate tools, equipment, and cleaning products to restore properties.

✔ Extract water, set up drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and perform demolition when necessary.

✔ Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected areas to ensure a safe environment.

✔ Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled.

✔ Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors.

✔ Follow all safety guidelines, industry standards, and company protocols.

✔ Complete required documentation and job tracking records accurately.

✔ Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response services.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidates.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, perform physical labor, and work in a variety of environments (crawl spaces, basements, attics, etc.).

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Schedule:

Full-time, year-round employment

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

On-call rotation for emergency services after hours

Occasional weekend work as needed
